Alumnus Olympic Winner

Congratulations to Pittwater House School Alumnus Shane Rose who yesterday won a Bronze Medal with the Australian Equestrian Team at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio.

Shane Rose, joined Stuart Tinney, Sam Griffiths and Chris Burton to take the Bronze Medal.

This isn't his first Olympic success.

It's the forth time Rose has been selected in an Olympic team but he's only managed to compete once, which was at the Beijing Olympic Games in 2008 ... and the team won a Silver Medal. Rose was also set to compete at the 1996 and 2012 Games only to be forced to withdraw due to horse injuries.

Congratulations on a great performance, Pittwater House is very proud!
