Outdoor education uniquely addresses the cross-curriculum priorities of the Australian Curriculum, including personal and social capability, ethical understanding, and Aboriginal perspectives of land and country.
Pittwater House offers an innovative Outdoor Education Program that builds critical and creative thinking, leadership, independence and teamwork. Our Outdoor Education Program reinforces our HEROIC values, and our School focus on well-being and personal development.
Students stay in a variety of unique locations to remove them from their 'everyday' life. They work together in small, professionally facilitated groups run by an independent organisation.
The program is available to students from Year 2 to Year 11.
As part of our Outdoor Education Program at Pittwater House, we have partnered with Macpac to enable our School community to receive discounts on their merchandise.
