Alumnus (Class of 1983) Brigadier Roger John Noble has been honoured with an AM in the Military Division of the Order of Australia for "exceptional services to the Australian Army as Director General Land Development and Commander of the 3rd Brigade".

Brigadier Noble is currently deployed as Deputy Commanding General Combined Joint Forces Land Component - Operation Inherent Resolve, Iraq.
