Compulsory School Attendance Information For ParentsPittwater House utilses Skoolbag and Edumate to Record Attendance.
Skoolbag App: Is used to submit all attendance notifications to the school. Select Attendance Notifications within the Skoolbag app. This is to inform the school of any upcoming full day absences, late arrivals, early departures and leave/exemption applications (replacing written notes).
Edumate: is used to view any outstanding past absences and update student attendance with a reason/s for the absence.

Parents are reminded that, as per government requirements:
- All leave other than illness must be applied for a minimum of 10 days in advance using the 'Application for Exemption from Attendance at School' form which is available on Skoolbag
- The school is required to ask for, follow-up and record a reason for absence for each and every full or partial absence from school. Please remember to include a reason when informing the school of absences
- Requests for approval of early departure must be received by 9.30am on the day of departure
- If students are leaving the school during the day, they must sign out at reception
