Pittwater House is a unique twin school campus owned and managed by The Pittwater House Schools Limited, a public non-profit company limited by guarantee reporting to the Australian Securities and Investment Commission. The Council of Governors offer their services as Directors at no charge and all profits are reinvested back into the School.
The Pittwater House Junior School, Grammar School for Boys and Girls' College are registered and accredited by the NSW Board of Studies and the Commonwealth Department of Education, Science and Training and receives per capita grants from State and Commonwealth governments for each Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident enrolled (K-12).

Chairman: Todd Alexis, SC
Todd has been in practice at the New South Wales Bar for over 20 years and as Senior Counsel since 2003. He is predominantly a trial advocate, conducting cases in the Equity Division, the Commercial List and in the Common Law Division of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
Todd is a director of the 6th Floor of Selborne Chambers, has served on various committees of the NSW Bar Association, including Professional Conduct Committees and has worked to develop the collegiality of the Bar by mentoring junior barristers.
