All teachers in the Early Childhood Centre are qualified in the areas of Early Childhood Education focusing on early learning. Specialist teachers are utilised for the Music, PE and Computing programmes and ancillary staff assist in administration and in the classroom.
The School nursing sister is on duty to provide proper medical care for the children each school day.
Australian Government regulations require education institutions to have policies and procedures for their operation and administration. The Pittwater House Schools have formulated and published policies and procedures to form the basis of safe and efficient operations within the organisation.
The policies and procedures are also designed to ensure that the aims, principles, objectives and core values of the School are clearly outlined.
All pupils who attend the Pittwater House Early Childhood Centre are required to wear the Early Childhood Centre uniform. This is available on campus from the School Shop or Second-hand Clothing Pool. The uniform has been designed in such a manner that some of the apparel can still be worn as the child moves into Kindergarten at Pittwater House.
